Who I am – and why I do what I do
I’m Lisa – certified coach for leadership & team development with over 12 years experience in IT projects and digital transformation.
Before becoming a coach and freelanced consultant, I was right in the middle of it myself: as an IT project manager, team lead, and responsible for digital transformation initiatives – in Enterprise organisations, mid-sized companies, and start-ups. I know the pressure, the dynamics, and the challenges that arise when technology, people, and strategy collide.
These experiences shaped me and led me to the work I do today.
As a certified Master Coach for leadership and team development, I combine technological expertise with deep coaching skills. I speak the language of technology and the language of people.
What drives me: I want leaders not just to function, but to lead with effectiveness and authenticity. I want teams not just to work together, but to truly trust each other. And I want digital transformation to happen not around people, but with them.

Therapy, on the other hand, aims to cure mental illness. For both – coaching and therapy – a trusting relationship is essential and some methods are similar. But in coaching, we look to the future, focusing on your strengths and your potential instead of making diagnoses or intensively working through the past.
A trusting and respectful working relationship is extremely important to me. If I ever have the feeling that you need therapeutic support, I will discuss this with you openly and will be happy to refer you to a qualified specialist.
