I am Lisa – your partner at the interface of technology, culture and people. After more than 11 years in digital transformation – in cloud and HR projects for corporations, SMEs and start-ups – I have realised one thing: Change only succeeds if people support it.

What can I not help with?
I am not a traditional management consultancy for IT implementation or process automation. If you are looking for purely technical implementation without strategic or cultural embedding, I am not the right person for you.
I also don’t take on tasks such as project management-as-a-service or short-term “firefighting missions” – my focus is on sustainable development, not ad hoc solutions.
What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is there for you if you are mentally healthy and want to develop yourself further, gain new perspectives or overcome a specific professional hurdle. Imagine gaining clarity, strengthening your personal effectiveness and surpassing yourself.
Therapy, on the other hand, aims to cure mental illness. For both – coaching and therapy – a trusting relationship is essential and some methods are similar. But in coaching, we look to the future, focusing on your strengths and your potential instead of making diagnoses or intensively working through the past.
A trusting and respectful working relationship is extremely important to me. If I ever have the feeling that you need therapeutic support, I will discuss this with you openly and will be happy to refer you to a qualified specialist.
What training and methods do you work with?
My work is based on a well-founded, value-oriented, systemic approach and a broad spectrum of methods, which I select flexibly and appropriately for you, your topic and the respective context. I combine analytical thinking with an intuitive approach.
Here is an overview of my most important qualifications:
- Certified value-oriented systemic Master of Business Coaching (CAS / ISO / ICI) for the development of teams and leaders.
- Certification as LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER Coach.
- I also bring relevant additional training in areas such as Scrum Master, project management and OKR coaching.
- I bring many years of practical experience of consulting, professional services, workshop facilitation, leading international and cross-functional teams in global digitalisation projects and business mentoring to support our collaboration.
- The basis of my profile are my studies in Management, Communication & IT (B.A.) at the Management Center Innsbruck.
Do I need to have a technical background for you to help me?
No. My work is aimed at people, not roles – it doesn’t matter whether you come from HR, IT, management or sales. You don’t need tech knowledge to work with me. I help you to recognize the essentials, understand connections and expand your scope of action – regardless of your area of expertise.
How does the discovery call work?
Very straightforward: We arrange a 30-minute introductory meeting – by phone or video. You tell me what’s on your mind, I ask questions and give you some initial ideas.
If it suits both sides, we discuss the next steps and possible formats.
How long does a collaboration typically last?
That depends entirely on your needs:
Individual coaching often runs over 4-6 sessions, transformation processes in organizations over several months. We design the process to suit your goal, your everyday life and your budget – transparently, flexibly and at your own pace.
Can my company cover the costs?
Yes, many of my clients charge for the collaboration through their company – whether as coaching, consulting or as part of personnel and organizational development.
I would be happy to provide you with an individual offer or an information sheet that you can pass on internally.
